Elite Item Spell. Wear Chuck's hat for 1...7...8 seconds. While you wear his hat, you take no damage. When you remove his hat, the damage you would have normally received is dealt evenly amongst all nearby foes. (Maximum 30...230...280 damage.)

Notes[edit]
- You can attack while holding Chuck's hat. In fact, your attacks have 100% armor penetration.
- This is the only item spell in which you do not hold an urn. The reason for this is because Chuck Norris never dies.
