Behind The Smile[edit]
I've been playing Guild Wars for well over 2 years now. And out of all the other games I've played, Guild Wars is still the one that I love spending my time on.
My friends also make it worthwhile. They're awesome, and I love the crazy adventures that we get ourselves into.
As for the guilds that I've been a part of, most were always disastrous and disorderly, especially among their alliances. Fortunately, friendships always came out of the bad guilds that I was in, and I'm grateful for all the friends that I've made.
In The Battlegrounds[edit]
Every profession is special in its own right, and maybe some are more enticing than others, but no matter how equip one profession is at slaying a mob or an army, or how crafty another is at rendering an enemy's entire arsenal useless, I find the greatest challenge and enjoyment in the Monk profession.
By nature, I fall under the line of defense. I've always enjoyed playing the role of the Monk or Priest. To me, keeping your team alive and protected is one of the biggest challenges in combat, and I love taking it on.
All in all, the Monk profession is the very reason why I became more involved in Guild Wars.
The Many Faces of Mei[edit]

Mei Lui Fang Born a Tyrian, she spent most of her earlier years on the isle of Shing Jea. However, news of the Searing led her to embark on a journey to Tyria in search of her father. She later discovered that he had been held captive by the Charr, and was killed for leading a rebel organization. She now leads his organization with the Ebon Vanguard in a mission to dispatch the Charr for their deeds.
Cynda Avalon A victim to the Searing, her travels of seeking her past has long vanished with the light of Ascalon. She no longer searches for memories, but has since devoted her services to Emperor Kisu and the Ministry of Flame in an attempt to destroy the Am Fah and Jade Brotherhood, and restore peace to Cantha.
Tai Mei Lang A native Canthan with the eye of a hawk and skilled at headshots. After defeating Shiro Tagachi, she embarked on her journey to the Northern Shiverpeaks where she is now a member of the Ebon Vanguard. She is one of the few responsible for tracking and hunting down the enemy Charr.
Sydney Storm Reaper Abducted as a child by the Corsairs, she was led to become a mercenary. However, at the age of eighteen, she learned of her parents' deaths by the hands of whom she trusted. She now seeks to destroy the Corsairs and bring justice to her parents and her stolen childhood.
Xai Su Chaung Once the daughter of a Kurzick Noble, she swore to bring peace between her people and the Luxons. However, she was framed by a Luxon friend for the murder of one of the Council's Nobles. She is now an exile of the Kurzicks who seeks to infiltrate the Luxon's base and rid their Council of Elders.
Sau Lei Strife An unknown disciple of Grenth. She claims to hear the voice of Grenth speaking to her through the wind. She has yet to discover why this voice commands her to do its bidding.
