Insta balance

Increase the max health of all characters by 100. All the power creep you did is instantly compensated for.

Also, let's puts some non-balance crap so the admins won't have a field day: One day, I walked to the store to buy an apple. When I entered the store, the owner eyed me with eyes you see on late night shows, like the David dude. Anyway, I said I wanted an apple, and I waved a dollar bill to his face. He stood there, behind the counter, unblinking. I said I wanted a goddamn apple, damn. He still kept looking at me like a newly released convict accross a brothel. I couldn't take his BS any longer so I turned around, reeling in the fasted way possible to lift up as much as dust possible to his face. As I pushed open the semi opaque door, however, I heard a faint clicking sound. Looking back with lighting speed, I say a Desert Eagle in his hand. Before I could say a word about the gold plated gun, however, he grinned and said: "I got 7 rounds in my clip. I'm gonna nail you."
