Issue with inscriptions

Well, i don't really know if I'm posting on the correct place, but there's a problem on my account with inscriptions. I've unlocked some inscriptions using Balthazar Faction, such as "Seize the Day" and "Live for Today", they were both unlocked into +15/-1, and right now when I was going to unlock more inscriptions, it says that i don't have them maxed, just +10/-1.This has happened more times on my account, all of my +15% damage inscriptions like "Strength and Honor" have been turned back into +15% damage. 189.70.121.161 23:03, 3 April 2008 (UTC)

RA and the d'allesio arena

This has happened too many times to be a fluke, when I play in RA, the probability of getting the D'allesio arena seems huge compared to all of the others put together, I've litereally just played five games in a row there just now. A while back anet decided to put hero battle maps in RA. It didn't take long to figure out that was a huge mistake. So to fix it, they replaced all of these hero battle maps with D'allesio Arena. VegaObscura 07:26, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

General Account Ban Help

I currently am banned for reasons I do not know, and thats what I hope you or someone else can help me with. My friends who have been banned told me that the pop-up window when you try to log in tells you why you have been banned and for how long, although my pop-up window only says "Your account has been blocked for an account issue. Please contact support for information." I have already contacted support and got nothing back yet so I thought I might as well just ask you or anyone else that looks at this talk page. Why oh why are there 'illegal' weapons/offhands in the game?

Well, in your case you state how you use the Chimeric Prism, the thing is... this offhand is inbalanced because 1: It's a req.8 green... the only one (i think), and 2: it's a +5 energy shield! No such mod exists! Why should warriors get this magical shield thingy when it's impossible to duplicate the mods. Its mainly inbalanced for pvp, It gives these preorder peeps an advantage. Illegal? Not quite. And as far as being unbalanced for PvP, how is 5 energy all that unbalancing on a warrior, given that most pvp warriors IMO tend to be axe / adrenaline based. Furthermore the item isn't moddable and the item is quite rare (only availble from European Prophecies preorders and the Russian version of Nightfall). No? Staves are bad, as they prevent continued use of your weapon of choice. Most wars use an offhand so they can attack immediately after shock (instead of waiting a full second or longer to switch back, by which time the target will have gotten up and walked off). In that vein, this chimeric prism is definitely not the best choice for shocking; any generic air magic req 15/-1 offhand is better.

To OP: outside of 40/40 sets, equipment has very little to do with winning. The hardest part is knowing when to use shock, not having the perfect offhand for it; even if you do, you're not that much better off than someone who doesn't. A few HP there, a couple damage points there; Guild Wars equipment is balanced enough that an unmodded max axe can be quite as lethal as a fully modded one. It really isn't a problem here; as Poki pointed out, you're sacrificing HP and defense... for 5 energy? You can't camp in that set anyway, you'd have to switch back to axe/shield at some point, so you might as well use something that does the task you want it to. -Auron 01:33, 9 May 2008 (UTC)

Chimeric Prism is far from being imbalanced, I have it and never used it in a competetive match for 3 years, there are simply better options out there. If you need more energy on your warrior, you are either doing something wrong or should just use a swap set with a Focus item, you get +6 energy from a blue/purple/gold focus without meeting the requirements, and it can have +30hp and some kind of +armor inscription. A cheap popular choice is this thing. Also as a warrior you shouldn't stay on this high energy set long, so you shouldn't feel the lack of 16 armor. Yawg 17:41, 26 May 2008 (UTC)

Guilds and friends are the way to go. i ranked up via my friends. if ur decent, PUGS will add u to friends and pm u to come again. thats how i got mine. last year when i retarted pvp at r3 all i did was old school heroway with 2 friends. now im only r9/c1, but everyone i play with is usually rank 11 or higher, just a standard i set, because i found most r9/r10 players are still bad. ive played with almost everyone, from r1 to r14, and they pm me to pug for them because they know i can play. just play good whenever u get a team, try to get into a higher rank team, and dont be bad. theyll beg u to come back and maybe even join their guild. there is an extreme shortage of good players on guild wars atm, as evident by clicking observe and looking at any halls match and seeing master of whispers or olias in at least one of the teams. dont be bad. please... --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:72.80.182.57 (talk).

i find it funny that you say "don't be bad (by using heroes)" and "most r9+ people suck" when you clearly said all you did was heroway for r9 hero... the irony... Give us A Glad Emote!

Yes I know you have heard this a million times, but I dont care I'm saying it again. There are enough people who have requested this that it should have been implemented before the zaishen emote which only a few people requested. I dont want to tell you how to do your job, but it took less then a month of people requesting zaisehn emote to have it implemented, and its been over 2 years of people requesting glad emote with nothing but "I will look into this". Sorry? People have been requesting a PvE emote for a long time, and I'd say they are far more numerous than those requesting Glad emote. What we got instead is some sort of compromise, an emote that can be gained by doing any PvP to earn the keys, or even by farming in PvE to buy the keys. Instead, please add an "Anti-Rank" or "UnRank" emote (i.e. a Rank emote for unranked people). Currently, people rankspam other people when they beat them to show off. Surely it would make more sense if you could "antirank spam" them when you won as if to say "Haha, you got beat by one of the people you go around calling a noob 'cos we have no rank!" and would be a way to get back at people who are rank-obsessed. Sort of to redress the balance, you know?

GvG slow loadin "bug"

Often, if someone loads into a match late, usually when someone loads after the timer has started (but also happens before, though at that time is not a big problem), the player's team is unable to move and use skills for 10-20 seconds, and can also not die (just remains at 1 health). If this happens when the match has started it can easily ruin the match for an already crippled team. I assume it is supposed to be some kind of spawn protection, but it doesn't seem to work as intended. --Oln 17:26, 4 July 2008 (UTC)

Question about Zaishen Chest

Hello, Does anyone know if the zaishen chest drops the items from the dungeons in GWEN? Things like frog scepter, bone dragon staff, also things from factions like zodiac weapons and wayward wands. I have opened it many many times now (r4 zaishen) and I havent seen any.
