nice name

I'm not entirely sure why - in fact, it may not be a good thing for me - but whenever I see your name I can't help but chuckle. Is there a story, or is it just random? - THARKUN User Tharkun sig.png 08:27, 29 March 2008 (UTC)

We'll, in the game Age of Mythology, there is a unit called Hersir. He has random names, <some name> hammerfreezer for example. That's why I came up with the name horsedrowner. --Horsedrowner 08:33, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
i love ur name too :P --Blood Anthem User Blood Anthem Sig.jpg 14:33, 6 April 2008 (UTC)
my name is cooler :P --Shoe File:User Shoe.jpg 06:15, 16 April 2008 (UTC)

Uhm...

please could you remove the fake preview text from the top of your page? i don't know whether it's against policy but some people will have you down as nothing more than a nuiscence if you do jokes like that--Sum Mesmer GuyUser sum mesmer guy signiture.png 15:48, 1 April 2008 (UTC)

Ok, sorry... --Horsedrowner 15:52, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
thnx--Sum Mesmer GuyUser sum mesmer guy signiture.png 15:56, 1 April 2008 (UTC)

Diseased Strike?

You are aware that disease spreads to all of that creature type. If you're melee'ing a player or any kind of human(oid), you'd also get diseased right off the bat.- VanguardUser-VanguardAvatar.PNG 11:43, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

Doesn't it just strike foes? --Horsedrowner 11:45, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
Yes, but if you look at Disease, it states "Disease is contagious between creatures of the same kind". So if you're a warrior fighting other humans (And a LOT of the game, you will be) it will spread to you in a second or two after you disease them.- VanguardUser-VanguardAvatar.PNG 11:48, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
Changed it to -3 Health Degeneration --Horsedrowner 11:54, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
That makes a little more sense, but is anything like that even in the game, save for Conjure Phantasm?- VanguardUser-VanguardAvatar.PNG 11:55, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

Rage added

I've added Rage as a new skill, based upon Force Rage from Star Wars Jedi Outcast. It's probably way overpowered... tell me if you want something changed :P --Horsedrowner 12:18, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

Kill the energy, make the adren at 10, lower attack speed to 10-13%. I think the health loss would be too rapid to make the skill very useful, unless there was some way to cancel it out. Really, think about it. 15x30seconds=450 points of health loss. Just make all the states *slightly* weaker. It can still be powerful. Maybe make it a set length (10 seconds perhaps?).- VanguardUser-VanguardAvatar.PNG 12:23, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
The website mentioned above says you lose health slowly, but wouldn't it be better to use Sacrifice? --Horsedrowner 14:39, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
I don't care about the website or what the skill is inspired from. I'm looking at it from a game-mechanic point of few. You lose 15 health per second, and at a decent swordsmanship, you'd lose almost 450 health. Becoming a monk sponge.- VanguardUser-VanguardAvatar.PNG 14:43, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
I changed it, is this better? --Horsedrowner 14:44, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
Kill the exhaustion and you might have a functional if not strange Warrior elite.- VanguardUser-VanguardAvatar.PNG 15:00, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

Skill ideas

They look good but I should point out there is already a Monk skill called Life Bond, so you may want to change the name of the necro skill you have listed.--Go to Wynthyst's Talk page Wynthyst 15:40, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

Poison Shot

if there's no attribute then you can't have progression.--Sum Mesmer GuyUser sum mesmer guy signiture.png 07:58, 9 April 2008 (UTC)

your guild trouble

hey man, just wanted to say ouch......im sorry about that. I can't become a member of your guild (I like my guild too much, sorry :P), but if there's anything i can do to help, ill see what i can do--User Raph Sig.pngRaph Talky 22:24, 15 April 2008 (UTC)

? What happened? — Eloc 02:53, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
If you check his userpage and then follow the link to his guild, you'll see that a member was promoted to officer, kicked everyone, then left the guild. Fun times with irresponsibility. — THARKUN User Tharkun sig.png 02:58, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
Ah, shitty. That happened to my guild before. — Eloc 03:21, 16 April 2008 (UTC)

Thing is, he was the one that got us Luxon. We thought we could trust him... --horsedrowner 05:59, 16 April 2008 (UTC)

Ah, that's a common scam people do. Just don't trust anyone to make you Luxon, go out to the store and get Factions to do it yourself. Mine was an Officer promoted someone without my permission and that person kicked out 50 people. — Eloc 16:09, 16 April 2008 (UTC)

No, you don't get it. As far as I can tell, we could trust him. There just was something, about us lying about being in a mission, that probably made him angry or something... --horsedrowner 16:16, 16 April 2008 (UTC)

Well, things like that happen sometimes. One person in our alliance actually managed to make a guild leave (lickily they came back though, they were in our alliance many times before :D)--User Raph Sig.pngRaph Talky 21:24, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

User page size

Hey Horsedrowner! Just a heads up that your user page is exceeding the size limit as per User page policy. You may want to think about putting your userboxes on a subpage. I think that would solve it. --Wyn's Talk page Wynthyst 23:21, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

Is it better like this? I figured the skill tables could be the problem. --File:User Horsedrowner avatar.jpg horsedrowner 07:04, 7 June 2008 (UTC)

Skills you'd like to see

Umm, Dark Bond is already a skill, just so you know. — Eloc 01:54, 6 June 2008 (UTC)

moar experimenting

play around with position:absolute and position:relative inside div's style. use top:x, right:x and so on for positioning. - Y0_ich_halt User Y0 ich halt sig.jpg 16:13, 22 June 2008 (UTC)

I can play around some on a navbar :P File:User Horsedrowner avatar.jpg horsedrowner 16:30, 22 June 2008 (UTC)

Illusion of Mending

Well, normally, those "Illussion of ..." Mesmer skills have two different effects, one while the hex/enchantment is applied, and an end effect. When talking about an "Illusion of Mending", i'd think of something like "For 10 seconds, target foe has +4 Health regeneration. When Illusion of Mending ends, that foe is takes 2...13...16 damage for each second this hex was active." That would be some sort of counterpart to Illusion of Pain. :P —ZerphatalkThe Improver 21:08, 5 July 2008 (UTC)

I mainly need another name, it could be a necro hex as well. Not really a serious skill, but would be fun to counter the Mending Leetness build with :P File:User Horsedrowner avatar.jpg horsedrowner 09:17, 6 July 2008 (UTC)
Instead you should ask yourself: What cannot counter the mending-leetness build? :P —ZerphatalkThe Improver 16:19, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
