Dervish
- Guiding Hands: decreased number of attack skills that cannot be blocked to 0...2...3.
Mesmer
- Enchanter's Conundrum: functionality changed to: For 10 seconds, target foe casts enchantments 100% slower. When this hex is applied, that foe takes 30...102...120 damage if not under the effects of an enchantment or hex spell.
- Hex Breaker: decreased duration to 5...65...80 seconds.
- Mantra of Concentration: decreased duration to 1...31...38 seconds; increased recharge to 30 seconds.
Necromancer
- Angorodon's Gaze: decreased Energy cost to 5; decreased Health stolen to 10...34...40; decreased Energy gained to 1...7...9.
Ranger
- Power Shot: decreased damage to 5...17...20.
- Precision Shot: decreased damage to 3...15...18.
- Sundering Attack/ Penetrating Attack: decreased damage to 3...9...10; decreased armor penetration to 10%; increased recharge to 4 seconds.
Warrior
- Magehunter's Smash: increased adrenaline cost to 8 strikes; updated the animation to match Hammer Bash.
- Mokele Smash: decreased adrenaline gained to 2 strikes.

Just a word on sundering attack and power shot:
- Sundering Attack/Penetrating Attack: decreased damage to 3..10; decreased armor penetration to 10%; increased recharge to 4 seconds.
- Power Shot: decreased damage to 5..20.
I want to say this from the PvE point of veiw, PvE seems to be left out more than ever since it is a constant battle between PvE and PvP and in the end the skills will go to PvP and we all know that. I know you've tried to settle it with things like PvE-only-skills but it isn't entirely making the whole community happy, except for their ursan teams all the time, lol. Anyway I just want to say this...Power Shot, 10 energy right? 20 dmg at 12 marksmanship with 6 second recharge. Ok, recharge is perfecly fine, but don't let that be an indication to nerf that too ;) But what im getting at is the cost of energy for the damage is extremely high, +20 dmg with high attributes is just not good enough. Power shot is one of the starter skills in prophecies and used to be a favourable skill, but now when someone looks at that in their skill bar its basically meh. A secondary Ranger would find it useless. Lets compare it, you know, just for fun. Can't compare it so well but lets try anyway. Unsuspecting Strike. 10 energy. 2 recharge. +29 dmg and 63 if health was above 90%. 12 crit strikes btw.
Ok I really have to wrap this up on both skills now, but let me just say, don't you reckon its a bit harsh on the PvE players and further consideration should be taken on Power Attack and Sundering Attack? C'mon guys we all KNOW that power shot was overused in HA and GVG. You hardly saw a ranger build without that skill on their skill bar. It was overpowered for the energy cost and completely dominated high-end pvp. Izzy was only being considerate for the needs of the game. <way over the top sarcasm>. EXCUSE ME Izzy. That's like nerfing....stone sheath or something. I meant your nerfing a starter skill. When was the last time you nerfed ignite arrows, or healing signet, or firestorm???!!!
