Just buy a new account and don't talk stupid language like that again. Fixed. Dark Morphon 20:43, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- There is a lot more to it than just buying a new account and not "talk stupid". The fact was I did not do anything wrong, as well as a LOT of other people on this wiki, who were biasdly perma-banned. Anyways, it's against EULA to buy another account and continue playing after your account has been perma-banned. It's in the EULA somewhere, I am just too lazy to find it for you. -Lena™ talk 21:02, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- Ok, I found it. In the EULA [1] in paragraph 4, subsection H, it specifically states: "Members whose Accounts have been terminated by NC Interactive may not access the Service in any manner or for any reason, including through any other Account, without the express written permission of NC Interactive. Accounts accessed by Former Members are subject to immediate termination. NC Interactive reserves the right to use any means necessary, including those in section 4(i) to identify and remove Former Members." -Lena™ talk 21:07, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- Wowww, that eula quote is hilarious. I guess they really don't want ppl to play GW if they don't liek them. Strange how they don't let you contest your ban. They just said, fuck off, we hate you. --adrin 21:25, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- Goddamnit, you actually looked it up O_o. When I say stuff like that it's usually because I'm in my "fuck everything" stance. I wasn't actually srs dood. Well anyway, that sucks. Play a game where you don't get banned like uhm... Idk. GW isn't worth it whining so much about anywayz. Nothing in life is, actually. In short, move on. Dark Morphon 21:27, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- I really like in (i) Related Accounts. If NC Interactive terminates an Account, NC Interactive may terminate any other Accounts that share the same member name, phone number, email address, postal address, Internet Protocol address, or credit card number with the terminated Account. That seems extremely unfair to me. --adrin 21:29, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- Yep. Once these fuckers perma you it's the end of the line. Why waste $150+ again just to ultimately get reperma'd if/when they ever find out it's you again? Arena.Net has turned to such shit against people like us, I swear. It's so unfair. :\ -Lena™ talk 21:34, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- I'm just sayin that if they don't wanna listen to any appeals and are gunna be all big and bad, why did they lift ur GF's permaban? Seems like if they stick to one rule, they should stick to them all. Owait, doesn't the EULA say you're allowed to contest a ban? Seems like they don't follow any rules. --adrin 21:37, 30 May 2009 (UTC)

Forgot to ask, but...[edit]
...what do you all think about this fucked up story I posted? Feedback, pl0x. :D -Lena™ talk 21:35, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- The story on this page? It goes liek you: "OMFGZ U BANNZD ME BUT NOT SURM1 ELWSZ FUR TEH SAEM U BASTUDS" Anet: "Lol stfu". Tbh, I think you should just stop whining. It won't get you anywhere. Obsessions aren't healthy you know. Dark Morphon 21:38, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- And besides, what if they'd banned that guy, would it have got you unbanned? It's just one whole big waste of time. Dark Morphon 21:40, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- Yah, seems like they don't give a shit what you think. I let my harassment go and took down all the rude shit on my page. Of course if i got perma'd things might be a lil diff --adrin 21:41, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- @ Dark - Uhm.. Did you not read any of it? Arena.Net specifically said "We would not consider the actions of the others worthy of a suspension." yet they PERMABANNED my account for this very reason. That is the point I am coming across. Please read and understand the entire thing before throwing out a "OMFGZ U BANNZD ME BUT NOT SURM1 ELWSZ FUR TEH SAEM U BASTUDS" line. :\ -Lena™ talk 21:42, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- The whole point in my email to support was to bring reason to their misleading "facts" and try and aim for an appeal on my behalf. But, hey, you are right on one thing: they don't give a shit about what I (or any other person who is "a guilty piece of shit who doesn't belong in our community") think. -Lena™ talk 21:45, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- Oh sorry, "OMFGZ THEY PERMABANNZD ME BUT NOT SURM1 ELWSZ FUR TEH SAEM WILZT HE DINDT U BAESTUDS!". Oh wait, that's exactly the same. It goes no deeper than that. And btw, neither do I pal, it just gives me some drama I can feed on. Dark Morphon 21:47, 30 May 2009 (UTC)

- (Edit conflict) Lena let it go. ArenaNet has chosen to close, and not review your account. No matter who you contact or beg it will not change. Just move on. Dominator Matrix 21:48, 30 May 2009 (UTC)

- I can understand that ur upset, but if you're really focused on how u are singled out, focus on why other people are not getting banned rather than getting ur own account unbanned, since that is obviously never going to happen. They didn't understand why I would be offended by the someone's name A Net Blows while my own sin PvP Assassins Blow was banned lulz. Personally, I just let the harassment go. If your case however, focusing on yourself just makes you seem weak, focus on the bias, not on your account. --adrin 21:55, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- It isn't biased. Basically, Anet don't un-permaban and never will. It doesn't matter if what you said is "similar" to what someone else said, and tbh, you don't show substantive proof of the "similarity". It's nothing against you, but it's their policy and they have no reason to deviate from it. GL/HF with whatever you decide to do. Benjammn311 21:59, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- Yea... You're right. :( The problem is that things will never change and these types of communistic companies will never change for the good (in by which I purely meant their support team-- they know which ones they are). But, yea, you're definately 100% correct. Their ban on your assassin was completely rediculous and I've read lots of posts/talk pages about it. -Lena™ talk 21:59, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- I don't have this up on my page anymore, but you might wanna take a look for lulz --adrin 22:01, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- What do people not understand in "don't push the line unless you are willing to face the consequences"? It's really simple. Dark Morphon 22:02, 30 May 2009 (UTC)

- lol @ Adrin. Yea, I've seen that page quite a few times.
The old "his crime/name/comment was worse than mine" is one of the oldest tricks in the book. You don't have a full view of the facts in the other guys case and therefore are not in a position to judge. --Lemming 22:11, 30 May 2009 (UTC)

Since you linked me[edit]
I will respond. First off, I have to say I don't really care. When I read about the happenings to Shard and Adrin, I noted that Arenanet considered behaviour amongst friends as fair game for banning. I cut any inappropriate behaviour from my in game chat and kept it to vent and msn. It may have been too late for you and that's a bit sad, but that's life. You can't actually do anything about it, they can be as biased as they like. There is a sense of entitlement people seem to have on the internet, you are entitled to nothing.
I have a friend who plays GW who is black irl who thought it would be funny to spam swatstikas and "Support your local Aryan nation" in all chat. He got banned for it and was shocked. He got quite indignant and started talking about freedom of speech. America is not the internet. I live in a country where I could go for jail for, even jokingly, calling for support for Nazi ideals. I'm white, but the internet doesn't know that or that my friend is black.
Arenanet blocked you. They had every right, they don't even need a reason, any reason they give you is a courtesy. I don't know their side of the story, all I've seen is your side which I assume is as biased as anything Arenanet would say. They did allow you to appeal, they rejected the appeal. This was also within their rights.
For you, it is complete bullshit, I won't argue that at all. It's a shitty way to treat customers, but I don't think you have treated other people so swimmingly either. It's entirely possible I could be permanently banned from something one day, I'm occasionally a pretty horrible person. When that happens, I will suck it up and move on.
Guild Wars is the least satisfying thing in my life at the moment. If I were banned, I would uninstall the game and go do something else. I have plenty of other things going on in my life right now, I actually barely have time for Guild Wars, but I like it, so I continue to play amongst the other things I dabble in. I have reason to believe that you are currently playing somehow on an alternate account while dramaing all over the wiki. People know about what happened to you by now, they will either care or not, you can continue wasting your time on this on the wiki, or just get on with your life, whether you are continuing to play Guild Wars incognito or not.
I'd like to request that you stop calling Arenanet communist, nothing they have done even remotely resembles communism. Their actions are perhaps arbitrary or similar to a dictatorship, but not really communist. Some people would call them fascists, but that word is overused and often poorly used. Try calling them tyrants or saying that their actions are tyrannical, that's sure to garner support.
All being said and done, I'm really very good at not caring about things, so everything I've said may be of no value. Have a nice day. Misery 20:01, 31 May 2009 (UTC)
- I understand everything you're sayin completely and I agree with a lot of it. One thing, though, is that they never even allowed me for an appeal. They banned my iP, my account, credit card, ect, lied about a lot of it, and then pushed me to the side. But, nonetheless, I do agree with a lot of the stuff that you said. -Lena™ talk 20:57, 31 May 2009 (UTC)

lol[edit]
Really stop acting like your the first innocent here and you got so hardly punished for nothing. And as far as I read you been banned multiple times for number of occasions so did they really need a reason? They had enough of you as well as GW community, in whos names I say I wont be missing you. Move on and stop looking pathetic. --81.108.186.155 13:36, 3 June 2009 (UTC)
- And what did they "have on me"? Suspending me, my gf, and an alt account for "buying gold" because I was tranfering between accounts? Suspending me becuase I told a guy to "blow me" when he was verbally abusing me w/ racial remarks that are considered "ban-worthy"? Getting suspended because I was "spamming" an emote that DOESN'T EVEN SHOW UP IN THE CHAT LOG? Yea... They have SOOOO much "on me". Take into consideration not once did they do LEGIT background checks into chat logs to see what really happened on the reports against me and reports I've made against other people. YOU are the one who looks pathetic when throwing baseless accusations. Get your "facts" straight before commenting, kid. -Lena™ talk 22:55, 4 June 2009 (UTC)
- So how do we know you're not leaving things out, twisting words or making up stuff altogether? Oh wait, we have no way of knowing that...145.94.74.23 22:48, 5 June 2009 (UTC)
- I would say that BOTH Anet AND Lena are leaving stuff out.
- Actually I haven't left out anything that would be construed as important (not to my knowledge). So, no, it's only Arena.Net leaving things out on THEIR side. I also like how on the forums (gwguru) Regina said I was suspended 11 (or was it 12?) times when I was only suspended 8 times and then perma'd for a ninth. -Lena™ talk 01:45, 9 June 2009 (UTC)
