NPA[edit]

I feel a little obligated to tell you that calling someone a crude misspelling of an unoriginal insult is a violation on the wiki, and you have been doing this a lot. People like you can also get banned for trolling. See GWW:NPA. ~Shard User Shard Sig Icon.png 01:45, 19 June 2010 (UTC)

Have you considered adding some of the other utilites [i.e.: knock-downs]?[edit]

moved from Feedback talk:Skill update previews

I read through the skill previews and was shocked not to see any form of knock-down in there, not even the elite "Reaper's Sweep".... Reaper's... Sweep. As in sweep your opponent off their feet... like a knock-down would...

Hammer warriors have 3 second knock downs [with "stonfists" insignias, which are a staple for hammer warriors anyway]. Why can't the dervish have at least one (1) knock down? At least one? He doesn't even need to have more than one because then there could be knock-lock problems. And it can be limited only to the elite "Reaper's Sweep" [which implies literally sweeping the enemy off his/her feet because they're "knocked down"]. The skill makes perfect, logical sense and is synergistic with the name of the skill, is it not?

Also, [Question:] How difficult would it be to introduce the concept of "stunning" an opponent in the game? [sorry for the tangent btw, but I wanted to bring this idea up to you guys]. It'd work like a knock down, but it wouldn't be able to be boosted by insignias [unless such changes were to be added]. It shouldn't last for more than 1 second, and it'd also allow non-spell condition removals to become more desirable [i.e.: Antidote, Plague Signet, Signet of Removal (especially if "conditional clause" were removed or at least lessened)]. Just throwing that out there. I can dream at the very least, anyway. --Ulterion 03:20, 16 February 2011 (UTC)

They have changed 90% of the Dervish skills in the game. The preview contained like 10%, if that. Stun is the internal name for knock-down, it is as close as you will get in GW1. User Felix Omni Signature.pngelix Omni 03:29, 16 February 2011 (UTC)
The page where you originally placed the above suggestion is not actually intended for this sort of feedback (Yes, it is confusing!). Your best bet to get your ideas heard by the developers is to add it to your maturing personal feedback page. You have some interesting ideas that you should ensure get passed on. Guys, I have a great idea. How about we give the weapon with the biggest damage potential aoe knockdown? Brilliant. MAFARAXAS 14:48, 16 February 2011 (UTC)
Great job, anet. Well, at least you made it more or less dervish-specific with the other changes. jew. MAFARAXAS 07:13, 18 February 2011 (UTC)

Some amazing assassin elite changes/suggestions in case Anet's still inspired enough to stimulate PvP.[edit]

I've suggested some buffs for Shadow Form (PvP), Assassin's Promise, Way of the Empty Palm, Spiteful Spirit for necromancers, etc.. Here's hoping that Anet's devs would take a gander at them, and maybe use them to shake up the meta as Assassins have been nerfed in PvP for quite some time now. I'm also thinking about working on some ranger suggestions to help improve them while taking Ranger Spike teams into complete consideration to prevent abuse. Hope you guys enjoy my suggestions, and may they be useful to ya. --Ulterion 23:09, 22 March 2012 (UTC)
