Issue: Highly conditional on party make up.(bad for pve); Most of hexes target physicals, not casters in pvp
Suggestion: For the love of god, change this to Hexbreaker Song (ends on any skill rather than spell); (with 2 sec cast, something like Power Return can just own this skill in pvp anyway)

Issue: Nice skill but though it has a lot of potential, it's conditional, slow to cast and takes a lot of adrenaline. On the other hand, as a Song it would probably be too strong.
