Inspirational Speech

Discussion
- Issue
- All around pointless skill
- Suggestion
- Cost 4 adrenaline, 4 sec recharge
- Skill. For 0..12..15 seconds, target ally attacks and moves 10..25% faster. Inpirational Speech ends if you successfully hit with an attack.
- This suggested change includes many fail-safes:
- Paragon who casted it can't attack, and since paragon has same auto-attack DPS as warrior, you are losing 100% of warrior DPS, to boost some other guy's DPS by 33%. So using this on a paragon with decent spear mastery is pure waste, since just auto-attacking you are contributing more than whoever you used this on.
- It requires high spec to be effective.
- It requires adrenaline to cast. It ends on attacking. Get my point?
- A caster using this has short duration, needs to build adrenaline, and bonus is smaller at low spec to the point of being pointless. A caster building adrenaline is a caster not casting.
- Warriors have easily available 33% IAS and 25% speed boost, that doesn't tie up paragon.
- With target ally instead of target other ally, this also doubles as a 2nd rate speed boost for the paragon himself.
