Celestial Charges are bundle items that appear during the Dragon Festival finale. Players have 15 minutes to collect Celestial Charges and take them to one of several Imperial Sorcerers scattered throughout Shing Jea Monastery. For each charge collected, players score a point for the district and that player receives 1 Festival Prize. The Grasps score a point each time they capture a player carrying a Celestial Charge. The resulting score determines which side "wins" the district.
