Balthazar's Rage, Take 2: CAN Touch this!

That is a hilariously fun-looking skill function. It might need a "non-Maintained Enchantment" rider to avoid some unintended issues. Otherwise, my only concern is that it feels, thematically, like something a Mesmer would be doing. MA Anathe 06:29, 28 November 2010 (UTC)
