Justified And Ancients [KLF] was started in 2006 as the third extension of the MARA alliance with the intention of simply being a safe haven for over 30's to gather amongst like minded adults rather than being surrounded by kids. Since this time recruitment has been so successful that the need arose to create new guilds to accomodate the masses of over 30 year old GW players out there. Through the use of guild competitions we are now up to 15 guilds due to current guilds being virtually full and can boast approx 50% of members active within the last 24 hours. We adopted the alliance name 'Mature Age Recruitment Alliance' and the officers of each guild are members of 'Guild Central' where we all meet as equals on the forum to discuss guild development and events. Geographically MARA pretty much cover the globe, with a large number hailing from the UK, most of the original core members from Australia, a few from the US, and many other European countries such as Holland, Italy, France, Denmark, Sweden, Finland so theres always people online to help out or make up the numbers for your teams. We actively play both PvE and PvP but we are a very laid back guild with little demands on our members and currently average about 1million faction alliance through general play and no quotas on anyone.

[edit] Recruitment

Guild Policy & Rules:

First and foremost this is an all adult guild. Our recruitment policy is to recruit over 30s, we are not interested in arguments about maturity, under aged members found out are kicked irrespective of how leet or mature they think they are.

1 month offline. There is limited space in a Guild, so occasionally a member review is required, to make way for active members. If you are not going to be online for a more than 4 weeks, just inform an Officer and you will not be kicked due to inactivity.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion

Be friendly, tolerant, and courteous to others. Protect yours and our reputations.

No begging for others to do your task or give you money. Ask for things you need, but don't pester or demand.

No nagging. Asking for help is perfectly O.K., helping each other is part of what our alliance is for. But we DO NOT tolerate NAGGING. Ask in a polite and considerate manner, and you may receive.

No spamming.

No derogatory comments (i.e. race, religion, culture).

Do not ask to be promoted within the guild. The officers will determine when a promotion has been earned.
