We're just the average guild that likes to do anything and has fun doing it.
Seriously, what's the point of playing a GAME if you're too busy screaming at it for losing that GvG last night?
More than anything - we're a social guild. We are friends for the most part. We don't care much about the GvG ladder, we don't care much about who is where in game - although we may help if you need it.

We are well over a year old and founded by X Fragg X along with two other players (both having quit the game) and are fully established and "paid for" as a guild with a maxed out hall among a decent member count.

Recruitment

General Rules

As a social guild - we've got little rules. I dont care about swearing, so curse your little heart out. I dont care about you being a jerk, if your playing around. I dont care about you calling me a bitch, so long as its not in anger. We are here to have fun - and as a social guild - We means EVERYONE. and as such - everyone is to be treated with some sort of respect.

Officer Promotions

This is a totally different basket now. To be considered for officer, you need to meet several requirements.

• Activity - You have to be online a bit; and you're demoted if you hit one week of inactivity.
• Talkative - What's the point of an officer if nobody knows who you are?
• Recruitment - This is after your promoted. You'll have to recruit 10 members within 10 days.
• Vent - youll need this to be promoted. no mic required, but the program is.
• ASK FOR IT. - seriously! thats the best thing you can do - especially if you see we're about to have a demotion from inactivity. DO IT. because that will put you at the front of my mind.

Okay, so it's not THAT much. The hardest part is probably getting the slot. We only allowing 10 officers at one time unless we are over 60 members - at which point every 10th member is another officer added. Oh. and remember. OFFICERS VOTE FOR THE NEW OFFICERS.

so sucking up might help ;)

Officer Demotions

This is something thats kind of rare but can be enforced.

• Excessive kicking. - no one wants to see the hall drained cause you have a problem with EVERYONE.
• Racism - this is NOT tolerated.
• Inactivity - If inactive for 1 week without notification - you will be demoted, if the guild is notified, your officer status will be replaced upon your return.

Remember though guys - just cause your not an officer - its not the end of the world, there WILL be new positions available as the guild goes through its normal recruitment cycles.

Member Kick

This is something I've only had to do on a few occasions.

• Personal Attacks - NOBODY is to insult my members. not directly. and certainly not seriously
• Racism/Bigotry - many members are not "white" so deal with it.
• Excessive Homophobia - seriously. lots of us are gay/bi/les - we don't care if you are or not - we are who we are - if your not thats fine with us - but no one is to insult ANYONE on these terms. You might not like it - but do not bring this to a personal attack.

The guild is about respect and im very lenient on people - but sometimes someone cannot slide and that is their own fault. Anonymity does not mean you are safe from a boot.

We are a Kurzick Guild, usually in need of like-minded guilds to form alliances with. We do have quite an amount of immature members, so don't waste the money if you're easily offended.
