The Monstrous Fangs [fang] is a fairly large guild that was established on the 30th May 2006 by the loincloth* wearing monk, Monkfish Cat's alias, Little Doggie. The guild currently has 70+ members, but a core group of about 20-30 members (players on daily). Although more than 75% of the guild are situated from the UK/Europe, we have players outside these territories. Majority of the guild are PvE players but there are some PvPers amongst us. The Fangs will help new members and veteran members with new characters. The guild has gone through many changes from the beginning until this present day. The guild is very laid back when it comes to "guild rules" but the most important thing is that there is a zero tolerance for verbal abuse towards one another. They pride themselves in being a guild that knows how to have fun and a few laughs.

When it comes to guild events there is usually one per week, usually Fissure of Woe or Urgoz's Warren. Any event is usually posted in the forum giving those interested time to reply.

The current cape was won through a cape competition that was held recently within the guild. Usually the cape changes when members feel the need to put their artistic flair onto something a little more permanent. If the Fangs are very lucky sometimes there will be a "special occasion" cape, which unfortunately lasts just a matter of days. [eg. There recently was a wedding cape and in 2006 a special Christmas cape was created]

*A loincloth which, to this day, remains unwashed since 2006 and is used as an instrument of torture for many a fang member that has stepped outside the boundaries of decency....or has simply given our glorious leader a chance to reveal the true horrors held within.

[edit] Fangs' Leadership

In the game itself there are only 3 categories: Leader, Officers and Members. Although, the Fangs' guild structure cannot be changed in-game, we would like to change the guild in such a way to recognize the contribution of some of our members. Within the guild itself we have a special group called "The Leadership" group. These officers in the guild are seen and regarded higher than normal officers.
