While Lena has provided some quality contributions to this wiki, his history of trolling and harassing members of this community [1] [2] [3] [4], as well as his interactions with the community on his own talk page [5] show a general pattern of disruption and disrespect that I feel need to be addressed by this ArbComm, rather than being nickle and dimed by the sysops. His most current commentary on User talk:Wafflez is in total disregard of several notices to keep personal real life issues off the wiki, as they have no place here. I think his block log also speaks toward his general attitude and are proof that individual blocks are not the solution. -- Wyn 11:53, 19 June 2009 (UTC)

"His block log" you say? All I see is 3 blocks. Further more, 1 of those were biased in a defense for Wasabi. It's not something I would honestly call "ban-worthy", Wyn. Might I also add that I love how you you're trying to bust me for trying to find out why I was banned on GW (see link #3). No where in wiki policy does it say it is a violation to post a SUPPORT RELATED ISSUE onto a SUPPORT ISSUE page.

Let me get this straight... If I remove someone's comment with the reason "removing personal attack" when it is NOT (my "most recent commentary") it's automatically considered a violation? If that is so, then, personally, in all out respect for you, you let people get under your skin way too easily. As I've said, my gf and I are NOT fighting. I've got plenty of ways to prove it. Is it a CRIME to jokingly post on my gf's page that I would request a to get a DNA test if she were pregnant? Good lord, that is just rediculous! Once my gf comes and posts that she was in no way offended or that she and I WERE just kidding you will have nothing else on me and will have made this ArbCom all for nothing-- ultimately wasting our BC's personal time that they could have pointed towards more pressing issues. -Lena™ talk 15:06, 19 June 2009 (UTC)

I could copy and paste things, but that would involve essentially copying every single one of your posts from the third link, and that would take up too much space. With regards to your ex-gf being pregnant thing how do we not take is as a personal attack, she repeatedly asked you to stop posting on her talk page, you post that, and she removes it saying personal attack. How on earth do we regard that as a joke and that she wasn't offended. Actually, no it can't just be dropped. What both of you fail to realize even though you've both been told repeatedly, is that your little jokes have no place on the wiki. They are disruptive, to the point where someone else posted about it on the noticeboard, and I received 3 emails and 2 msn messages about it. Since the previous complaint regarding Lena's behavior towards Gaile was still and open and ongoing issue, I felt it was enough to bring it to arb com, and I stand by that decision. I leave it to the Bureaucrats to decide whether his overall conduct here deserves further injunction. -- Wyn 21:01, 19 June 2009 (UTC)

What's all this nonsense about the bureaucrats having more pressing issues, Lena? You do know you're talking about people who spend a good chunk of time on a wiki about a computer game, right? And besides, conventional wisdom holds that becoming a bureaucrat is essentially equivalent to being offered a vacation; the only other issue that's currently active that needs to be addressed by the bureaucrats is a single request for reconfirmation, so it's not like they've got a lot on their plates at the moment. On a more serious note, while I agree that Lena seems to be a fairly consistent source of disruption and (border-line) NPA vios, I'm not sure that I see evidence that these infractions can't be handled effectively by blocks of appropriate lengths. With that said, however, an injunction preventing Lena from, for example, posting on Gaile's talk page, or even an injunction granting admins greater freedom in simply removing disruptive/inflammatory remarks and personal attacks might not be entirely amiss considering Lena's history of contributions and his apparent unwillingness to heed advice/warnings. *Defiant Elements* +talk 21:03, 19 June 2009 (UTC)
