- This is a miniature version of a Jungle Troll.
- The inventory icon for this item changed in a game update on April 5, 2007 and once resembled that of a Fen Troll. It was changed again on a game update on April 23, 2009.
- This is one of a few miniatures that make noises in explorable areas, and tends to be quite loud.
