- You must have completed The Missing Vanguard to talk to Captain Langmar.
- You must turn in a Charr Battle Plan Decoder containing the appropriate set of Encrypted Charr Battle Plans.

- Find and annihilate all three Charr companies in Dragon's Gullet.
- X of 100 Charr slain.

[edit] Walkthrough
You start in the southeast of the southernmost tar lake. Charr patrols travel around the southernmost tar lake. There is a single Siege Devourer to the northeast, a large group of low-level Charr to the southwest and a group containing a single Charr Lord is to the north. After killing all 100 Charr, your party will be transported to Longeye's Ledge.

- The reward for this quest is received automatically after completing the objectives.
- This quest will be lost if your party is defeated, requiring a new set of Encrypted Charr Battle Plans to be retaken.
- Walking through the tar lakes will not cause the Tar environment effect.
- Capturing the Siege Devourer can make your task much easier.
