Hello all, when do Faction cooperative mission timers start? Does it start when
- You enter the mission; or
- when you talk to the NPC within the mission.

Should Tihark Orchard and Augury Rock be "Cooperative"? They are solo missions. While they meet our definition of "Cooperative Mission" (Missions that advance the story line), they do not meet the definition of "Cooperative". -
