Is this a guild?

Are we sure the Flaming Scepter Mages are an official guild? Erol's dialogue in Ruins of Surmia seems to me to suggest that they are just a unit in the Ascalon Army, similar to the Ebon Falcons for example. Erol's dialogue also makes me think that the only surviving members of the unit are among the prisoners at Drascir, so that Kendrick Redstaff and the Ascalon Prisoners aren't among them. - Alexis Toran (talk) 14:33, 19 February 2018 (UTC)
