Is This Repeatable?[edit]

This page says no, but Sorrow's Furnace says yes. Can someone confirm one way or the other? (We were just thinking that the Black Moa Chick quest was near-unreasonable due to requring this, and it having no repeatable marker on this page.)

Thanks!:)~--Star Weaver 05:52, 29 April 2009 (UTC)

Yes, it is. You take The Final Assault, which gives you this once you enter. All Sorrow's Furnace quests are repeatable. -- Azazel The Assassin\talk 06:53, 29 April 2009 (UTC)
Cool, updated userbox! --Star Weaver 06:59, 29 April 2009 (UTC)

Is it possible to complete the quest, kill the 3 Djinns, and drop the quest, then get the quest again, or once you kill the 3 Djinns, you have to do all of the other Sorrow's Furrnace Quests in order to do it? 98.172.49.165 12:25, 14 September 2009

Sorry, let me clarify that. If I do all the Sorrow's Furnace quest, and then I take The Forget Heart quest. Once I kill the 3 Djinns, if I dont accept the quest reward from Ennis Granitestrider, can I zone out, drop the quest, and then do it all over again? Or will I have to do all the quests again, including the ones leading up to The Forge Heart? 98.172.49.165 12:48, 14 September 2009
You can accept the reward. If you want to redo the Forge Heart, you can pick up the Final Assault quest when you walk out of Deldrimor War Camp and redo just that quest. Additionally you can redo any of the earlier quests by talking to the NPCs that offer them.--SunJinyu 22:10, 9 February 2010 (UTC)

Yay[edit]

I just completed this quest, with the help of 3 people. I was so mad that I was shouting at them: "Spread out!" when fighting The Iron Forgeman, "Bodyblock djinns!" when fighting the djinns. Thank god, I killed all 3 Djinns, also used clovers and a cupcake each.KlinH4xx0r

Grr...[edit]

Did this quest, rocked it ... and then found out one of my party members who had an incubator didn't get her moa chick. Back to square one... User Auntmousie 19x19Jrat.jpg(AUNTMOUSIE) 01:37, 13 July 2009 (UTC)

Contradiction?[edit]

I noticed a contradiction between The Final Assault page and this page's notes. On The Final Assault it says all party members must have completed To Sorrow's Furnace while this page says that others can be skipped to this quest if they haven't finished To Sorrow Furnace. I attempted this and Ennis Granitestrider did not map into Sorrow's Furnace with us. I'm a noob at wiki so if anyone sees this, please remove the inaccurate notes on The Forge Heart.Eive Windgrace 05:08, 4 November 2009 (UTC)

  • Rewritten the note. After some testing ( not all possibilties but most of them ). It appears the partyleader has to have finished the Final Assault at least 1 time. Silencio 22:50, 7 November 2010 (UTC)
A friend and I just tried this to get a statue for him, it no longer works. KJZ 01:09, 18 June 2012 (UTC)

Friendly Dredge groups[edit]

There are several friendly groups of Dredge who attack their taskmaster once you get near them - do they have any further purpose, or are they just scenery? Their shaman seams to heal us, which is nice, of course. But aside from that - ?--Cyberman User Cyberman Mastermind Sig.gif 14:31, 17 October 2010 (UTC)

Evidence of powercreep[edit]

Did this in 18 minutes in normal mode with heroes + hench without avoiding mobs. Got two greens along the way, nothing good though. The biggest abuse was splinter and SoS, since I could kill Ragebinders 2 at a time (Sin support and SOS soloing one rage binder). That's not counting the insanity of minions with +33% move rate (Fall back) and criticals (GFTE). --Life Infusion «T» 01:56, 11 January 2011 (UTC)

Lol, with 7 heroes I finished it in 20 minutes, my first time ever, so it included alot of alt-tabbing for looking at maps XD I agree that this is huge power creep, because the entire thing was a joke. The forgeman's attacks were weak, the djin were TOTAL jokes, I aggroed all 3 at the same time - no party member at any time dropped below 75% HP while fighting them. Disappointing in some ways, but I got a black moa chick so I'm happy :P. It might be worth deleting the paragraph on aggroing one djin at a time and only really good parties can handle just 2, it's just not true anymore. But I guess it might be worthwhile for people with only proph/faction? K2K 04:28, 7 March 2011 (UTC)

How do you avoid having fire dropped on you or the hammer thing if you are doing this with heroes?[edit]

I pulled everything out and killed the mobs but could not kill the rage binders. Miragexv 02:25, 13 May 2012 (UTC)
