- Speak to Kilroy when you are ready to fight Bjorn Thunderfist.
- Defeat Bjorn Thunderfist in the championship brawling match.
- See Kilroy Stonekin for your reward.

Simply keep swinging (normal attack without using skills) to charge up adrenaline. Keep the Block up whenever possible and interrupt when you can. Use the uppercut, knockdown and combination punch to do damage. You can slowly wear him down.. You can get knocked out numerous times, but he only needs to be KO'd once to win.

- "I've got good news, <Player Name>. Word of our Fronis-stomping got out. You've earned yourself quite a bit of respect! So much that Bjorn Thunderfist, the brawling champion, has challenged you to a match. Will ye face the brute in unarmed combat?"

- Deline: "I'm still sore from the last fight."
