[edit] How I got started
My husband, Rururrur, started playing after he got back from his second deployment. He really wanted me to play with him, so he sat me down in pre ascalon one day killing aloe seeds, and making minions. I was obsessed with the idea after that of summoning dead things to run around killing for me. Shortly after that he bought me a copy of the game and my own computer and I've played about 4,000 hours since. The novelty of being a minion master wore off playing on his account I think, because my first character was a monk, and I loved it. I love being a pve Monk, and I'm a Mesmer all the way in pvp. I do tend to refer to myself as the superficial gamer girl, because like with most games I play, I am obsessed with cute armor and minis in Guild Wars. But I also do hours of pvp and any pve as long as it not hours of grinding titles or farming.
