My name is Heather, and you can often find me on my Elementalist, Khora Ai or my Monk, Chihiro Ai. Or, more recently I've been ABing on my assassin Drifter Ai for my new Luxon alliance Lost Knights of the Rose [Rose]. I'm mainly a PvE player, but I can be found occasionally in Random Arenas, getting Balth faction to buy a skill or in AB spiking eles and monks. I am currently a new member of [Sixs] [Rose]. I play a nuker for the most part, and enjoy hours of playing PvE with Jora, Ogden, Dunkuro and whatever henchmen I decide I like at the moment. I obsessively buy armor for my characters, and only my Pre character and Winter Ai have only one set. I've been playing long enough to remember the days before mini pets and the dye preview window when it was much more expensive to find the perfect color combination; when Droks runs were incredibly expensive and people actually played through Prophecies, and when running was just being tested out. I remember ANet being 'amused' with the concept of running when people were calling for it to be nerfed. Yeah, I'm old and I'm crotchety. And I bite.

I've decided that since I'm going for Treasure Hunter rank 3, I'll start posting the drops from the chest I use - one that spawns in Ice Cliff Chasms north of Boreal.

Gameplay-wise, I favor spell casters overwhelmingly. I tend to be a bit "un-normal", namely being an earth nuker for the first year of gameplay and the fact that even now I rarely use a secondary class in my builds, so every one of my characters has access to the Ranger secondary and a pet. But, as I rarely PvP, that's not much of a problem. I Monked Factions when it came out and beat it all in less than a month, rushed a Necromancer up to ascension in a week and - strangely - only recently completed Prophecies. Nightfall I didn't even give a passing glance to. I like Heroes for henching, but I learned the hard way to never trust another person to micromanage their Hero, which they DO need to do. I micromanage my Monks even while henching PvE. With Heroes, Nightfall became a disappointment. I did Venta with hench, and I was done; even as my Monk. I promptly moved the NF toons over to Prophecies and began playing my Dervish and Ranger there.

I write fanfiction and am currently in the works of planning a great beast of a story involving the years before and after the Searing, starring my elementalist Khora and her ever-so-damned-annoying-and-cynical cohort, Mortimer. I haven't decided quite how each will be established but I'm a girl, so it'll probably be a romance. Sue me.
