I prefer to play PvP, but enjoy PvE as a relaxing diversion. I frequently say that Guild Wars' PvE game is just a training ground for Guild Wars PvP. I do not play Hard Mode - if I want to play something challenging, I'd rather be ripping someone's head off in RAs.
In real life, I am a work-at-home mother of two young up-and-coming gamers that are currently enthralled with Maple Story, Animal Crossing DS and Smash Bros, and wife and quarter-of-a-century friend to her diehard gamer husband.

PVP Side:
I am most proud of my little Gladiator Rank 1 title.
I also have obtained Rank 2 in the Gamer title track, Pro Skillz. This came about accidentally due to my obsessive love of RollerBeetle Racing.
I only have 30 fame points, as I have spent very little time in Heroes Ascent. I am seeking other determined players who want to play HA regularly, nighttime, USA Central time about 10pm-ish, who are not squeamish of losing but will come back and play again and again and again.

PVE Side:
Characters are all level 20 except my Perma-Presear character and my paragon. Three have completed all campaigns, and my warrior and ranger have both completed GW:EN. I have no plans to advance any other characters through GW:EN, instead spending my time on PvP or helping guildmates and alliance members as time allows.

Character RP Personality Profiles (just for kicks and grins - I don't RP in-game):
Warrior Celeste Driezon is my main girl, now two years old (she will be three in August 2008). I created her from the beginning at the advice of my husband, who recommended I make a tank that could get right into the fight. I was skeptical ... until he said 'Cyclone Axe.' And then and there Celeste was born, axe-chopping, pony-tail swinging tough girl. She looks sweet; her gentle face belies her violent nature. She sees foes - she wants to get to hefting that axe around their neck! She was honored to be chosen as the one to come through Factions first, to lead the charge (as she had to make it to Cavalon asap in order to create an Alliance!), and for her service she was rewarded with lovely new green 15k Kurzick armor. Now she pony-tails it through all the places in both games, her red-haired temper finding its outlet across three continents, and in between fights she examines her nails, waiting impatiently for the next head to chop.
Inaki Althaean is a very sweet happy girl of Polynesian descent. Always smiling, even in the thick of battle, although her face may set with concentration when trying to manage energy and team health, she always has a happy sparkle in her eyes. She gets a bit put off by DS's (my husband's monk character) dislike of her, but chalks it up to thinking he's just jealous to not be the only monk on call anymore, and so she tries not to get her feelings hurt by his teasing. She chose her handwraps to coordinate with the lovely fluttering headpiece over the wiser choice of energy-enhancing tattoos. She loves gold and shimmery things, not for the value, but for their appearance, and loves to dance with her handwraps breezing through the wind. She absolutely adores her big brown Teddy Bear and brings him along whenever practical.
Mrs Deathscythe is simply misunderstood. She looks odd and purposefully so. She wraps herself in solid heavy dark armor, symbolistic of her isolationism, now that her travels have brought her to a place where energy is not relegated to scars only. She's very stand-offish and prefers to run alone, but will go along with groups as long as she is left to her own devices. But although she has this cold attitude towards adventurers, civilians and foes alike, a girl named Gwen was able to find a tender place in her heart. Mrs Deathscythe still carries Gwen's Broken Flute with her to this day (shhh don't tell her I told you).
Celeste of the Wild was born when I deleted my mesmer. Our guild often found we had too many necros and not enough rangers when doing B/P builds for Tombs and so ... I saw a really cute skirt I wanted on someone else's ranger, and also Urgoz' Longbow AND Urgoz' Flatbow dropped for my ritualist in one run, so I made a ranger (Prophecies based). She's already ascended and has started working on both Factions and Nightfall, and is just going to to complete the end Prophecies missions as other guildies need them.
Icicle Twyst is a girly-girl, but her attitude is so benignly naive that she is hard to hate. With dark hair and soft blue eyes she is difficult to hold a grudge against. She loves her pretty clothes, in white and blue, and likes to cast her damaging spells, but she's not so much about the fight as she is about being amazed at the power of her own skills. Her very naivete is somewhat endearing. She is Factions/Cantha-based.
Celestial Daeva means Heavenly Demon. Daeva is a variant of the Persian word Div. I hasn't yet discerned her personality, although she has reached level 20, she hasn't completed any campaign. All I can figure is she seems quiet and deadly - a bit frightening, even. I like her very much.
Charot Celeste is all about blessings and light. Her name comes from the Hebrew "Charot," the angels who form the heavenly chariot with their very bodies and wings. Dark of skin and beautiful to behold, she is still just in the tender beginnings of her life.
Foiblesfair Celeste exists to allow me to always step back in time to those simpler and beautiful days of pre-searing in Prophecies. She was newly born on 22 July 2007, but has ambitions of obtaining the Legendary Defender of Ascalon title. She especially enjoys standing around in Ascalon responding to requests for teammates for the Adventure With An Ally quest or in Foible's Fair politely answering questions.
And those are my girls.
Anomaly By Celeste is my only male character - male rits are just too sexy - I couldn't resist making one. He just likes to dance and strut his big bad muscular self; he seems to still be in his partying college years. In the beginning, he hadn't really accomplished anything at all. Yet...
Update: he got off his hiney and zoomed up to level 20 in one week. Guess he didn't like the stigma of being called a party-boy. Got himself some hero partners from Elona and brought them over to Cantha and got all the way to Nahpui Quarter with them and henchies alone... Seems he feels he has something to prove.
Update II: He got himself his Kurzick armor he wanted, and a Black Moa for the heck of it, and he finished Factions. He seems to be a much more serious guy now. He's capped all the Factions elites, has defeated Urgoz repeatedly, with guildmates' help of course, and he nabbed both Urgoz' Longbow and Flatbow on his first trip down.
He is currently traveling mainland Elona, searching out all the elite skills. ... But he stills breaks out his strutting dance every once in awhile.
