O hai der!
Hello. — Eloc 20:28, 2 December 2007 (UTC)

About this[edit]

Blinding Powder - decreased recharge time to 6, changed functionality to "Spell. Must follow a lead attack. Target foe and all adjacent foes are blinded for 3...13...15 seconds."

  • Are you crazy? This will just lead to assassin blind bots.

Assassin's Promise - decreased activation to 1/4, decreased recharge time to 30

  • This is not helping Assassins as much as it would help casters.

Deadly Haste - decreased activation time to 1/4, increased recharge time to 30, changed functionality to "Enchantment Spell. For 4 seconds and 1 second for each rank of Critical Strikes, you move 25% faster and attack 10% faster. This Skill reapplies itself everytime you land a critical hit. This Enchantment ends the next time you fail to hit."

  • You say you want to move away from "instagib" nubness. This is not helping. Not to mention its ridiculously overpowered.

Deadly Paradox - decreased energy to 5, increased activation time to 1, changed functionality to "For 10 seconds, the next time you hit target foe with a dual attack skill that foe takes 20...56...65 earth damage."

  • This just changes the whole purpose of the skill. It was to lead away from "instagib" and give assassins a more supportive, deadly arts build. Deadly arts builds were non-existent until this skill.

Death Blossom - decreased target damage to 5...17...20, increased area to nearby, decreased area damage to 10...34...40

  • This does not make any sense. Daggers realisticly do not have that far of a reach.

Disrupting Stab - decreased activation time to 1/4, decreased recharge time to 8, changed functionality to " Lead Attack. If this attack hits, it interrupts target foe's action. If that action was a Spell, target foe is dazed for 1...3...4 seconds".

  • Overpowered. I like the decreased activation and recharge, but instead of mabye disabling one skill (It's old effect), it disables all of their skills due to daze. This gives the enemy caster no chance to defend themselves. That is why beguiling haze is 15 energy cost. Shadow step + instant daze.

Mirrored Stance - removed from the game...seriously -_-

  • At first I thought you were trying to fix assassin skills, but now it seems your just changing them to your liking.

Shadow Prison - decreased energy to 5, decreased recharge time to 15, increased duration to 3...10...12

  • I thought you were trying to stop "instagib".

Sharpen Daggers - decreased activation time to 1/4, decreased recharge time to 15

  • I thought it would be really neat if this would be made into a preparation. For 24 seconds, your dagger attacks cause bleeding every time they land a critical hit.

Wild Strike - no longer considered an off-hand, increased damage to 20....40...45

  • That would be just a better version of wild blow.

All the other changes I did not comment on I may or may not have an issue with, and are not ridiculous enough to be mentioned. I like your ideas, but I don't know if more spamming of attacks and skills will really fix assassins. They are not supposed to be a whirlwind of death, they are supposed to be, well, assassins. Your not supposed to spam attacks until their dead. It is hit and run tactics. --Lann 03:38, 4 December 2007 (UTC)
omfg you have to nerf mirrored stance! i know its hard to deal with its overpoweredness but dont give up and just say it have to be removed, alot of people whine about über skills like that --Cursed Angel talk 03:50, 4 December 2007 (UTC)
I never see anyone use Mirrored Stance — Eloc 16:31, 4 December 2007 (UTC)
That is not the point. I thought he was trying to fix assassins by fixing their skills. But it seems he is just changing them the way Ohaider would like them. He does not like mirrored stance so he is just going to remove it all together. --Lann 21:20, 4 December 2007 (UTC)
I faced a sin that put mirrored stance on me the other day. I was playing a warrior. He died pretty quickly after I used frenzy and hit him with gash and final thrust. Pluto 22:47, 4 December 2007 (UTC)
lol, I bet. Who is he you are referring to? Cursed Angel I presume? — Eloc 00:47, 5 December 2007 (UTC)
if the name was hamlen the fallen or heart virus, but i haven't died that way lol --Cursed Angel talk 10:20, 5 December 2007 (UTC)
Don't recall the name. Just remember thinking "eh, wtf is this hex?" and then drooling. Pluto 10:50, 9 December 2007 (UTC)

Falling Spider - decreased activation time to 1/4

I lol'd. Why so the spike can be in record time xD. That promotes 1 2 3 4 explode not utility and balance.

Scorpion Wire - increased energy to 10, decreased activation time to 1/4, changed functionality to "Spell. Shadow Step to target foe. Target foe is knocked down."

Target foe is fucked.

--The Gates Assassin 01:24, 20 December 2007 (UTC)

Augury of Death - fixed an aftercast bug in this spell, changed functionality to "Hex Spell. For 3...15...18 seconds, the next time damage would drop target foe's Health below 50%, you deal 20...56...65 earth damage and Shadow Step to that foe. This Spell has half the normal range.

are you serious... youre not supposed to buff overpowered skills 05:08, 2 January 2008 (UTC)
