[edit] Skill Progression
Is there a way to check a skills changes from previous patches on the wiki. Like, "this skill was this on x patch but was modified to "this" on y patch but now functions as "this" on z patch". Would I have to look at patch logs of the past and just sift through them for the information? If so, how would I go about searching for skill update patch logs in the wiki? And how far back do you think it would go? I was discussing skills with a friend on how some use to be and how skills have changed over the years. I think it would be interesting to see hows skills were vs how skills are now. I wish changes were linked to each skills page as a marker for what skills were vs what they are currently. Magic

- There's this tab at the top of pages labelled "history". You can also try looking at the talkpage to get a general idea, sometimes. Vili 点

- As Vili said, the history function is probably your best bet. The wiki's been around a while, so its bound to have at least some of the historical skill data. There are also a couple of pages like Aegis/Skill_history that can probably help you, though I have not seen a lot of these. --

- Yeah.. I forgot about the history part. xD Was kind of hoping for a page with the info on it. I guess.. if I ever get back into wiki coding.. I might have to make one for myself. Thanks for the info guys. :) Magic

- Let's say for a second that I did go back and pull the progression status of the skill. Instead of making an archive of them in my namespace, do you think I should add it to the skills page instead? Either in the notes section or talk page (ie a link to a page w/ the info on it)? Magic

- I'd bring that up for consideration on one of the formatting talk pages. I'm truthfully not sure there. --

[edit] Odd Bug
Remember that odd frozen foe bug that we got in guild wars? Well I created a report here. Feel free to add your own reply :D. --Dominator Matrix 07:08, 29 September 2009 (UTC)
- Tossed in a support ticket on that night, so methinks we're set there. ^^ --

[edit] Mountain Dew
Shit, why didn't you say so before? I would have voted support for sure. My record to date is 5 or so bottles in a few hours. Passed out soon afterwards. Totally worth it, though :) Vili 点

- I've done three two-liters before, but that put me out of action for quite a while. Mountain dew voltage is the way to go. Its all in the ginseng. :D --

Hey WT,
I would just like to say that I really enjoy looking at your User Page Backgrounds when you change them from time to time. Where do you get the inspiration from/how do you decide what images that you would like displayed? Obviously I take it you copy them from a website that releases them out in the open under the GFDL (or you create/take them yourself).
Where would I be able to find more images like these?
Also, sorry to hear about your RFA.
Thanks! --

- I get all my photos from the Wikimedia Commons; you pretty much can't go wrong there. --

[edit] Wanna team up?
I got a couple of projects on wiki I want to do. First of all is making skill history for every skill (except the ones that were never changed), and second of all (my favorite) is going through every skill again and putting (Elite) by every elite skill. ANDD one last project, going through every skill page and adding all correct information (i.e. Deep Freeze's area of effect is Nearby. |Range = Nearby). =D? -- Halogod35

- Skill history can only go back to when update notes were posted. The beta versions of skills won't have any references (if anyone can remember them). That would be a lengthy (but cool) task. ~Shard

Which one? 22:44, 11 October 2009 (UTC)
- Mm, I'd actually go the second one. I always thought the signature image looked better when it cam first. --

[edit] Rfa
I agree completely with what you say, but the one of the reason I'd use the tools is to delete deletion tagged pages/images xD. One of my favorite things to do. --

- Matinence is always a good thing, but with the desperate need for sysops not many people will agree. I'd love to vote support, you're my friend after all, but I gotta put the work first. >< --

- No I completely understand. I'm learning here actually, cause I'm going to be better and print out all the gww rules and study them at school. and I'll take wiki lessons from yo ich halt. Then, try to not act like an asshat while I become more strict :p. Oh and I appreciate your honest more than voting as a friend. :) --

I like your paw, reminds me of Gatlinburg, Tn. :-) I was wondering how you all did your signatures (with images) and now I know. Have to go, have things to do today. Also, liked your RFA. --
