Big issue
Is there only some e-management for monks anymore ?
Since the December 11th, 2008 update, two elite skills of e-management were deleted from Divine Favor ; but i quote the in-game description :
"For each rank of Divine Favor, allies are healed for 3.2 whenever you cast Monk spells on them. Several Monk skills, especially spells related to Energy gain and healing, become more effective with higher Divine Favor."
So, where is GW going to ?
Suggestions
Bring back some e-management to Divine Favor. Here we go :
Please revamp this skill according to its original aim and meaning ; for example :
1 Activation time 8 Recharge time
Elite Signet. Heal a target ally and an adjacent other ally for 20...68...80 health.
Boon Signet returns you 1...5...6 energy for each of those allies who loses this amount of health or more. Cannot self-target.


Completely outclassed, inefficient skill. Turn it more affordable and simply playable :
5 Energy 1/4 Activation time 45 Recharge time
Enchantment Spell. For 1...15...18 seconds, your next 3 monk spells at 5 Energy are free.
Your other monk spells cost you 5 less energy to cast. Minimum cost : 1 energy.


Please revert to its previous original meaning and purpose, but with a real elite status :
10 Energy 1 Activation time 10 Recharge time
Elite Enchantment Spell. For 15...75...90 seconds, an ally or yourself gain +1...2 energy regeneration.
Peace & Harmony ends if you inflict damage or cast a spell on an enemy.

note : such a skill would possibly unbalance the game in PvP. If so, just do a PvP version of it by fixing the energy regeneration to +1 through all the skill progression.


Interesting in its concept, but gives too little buff for an elite. What first comes to mind according to the name of this skill is something like that :
5 Energy 1/4 Activation time 20 Recharge time
Elite Enchantment Spell. For 10...26...30 seconds, each signet you use activates and recharges 5...17...20% faster.
Scribe's Insight gives you 3 energy for each signet successfully used.

5 Energy¼ Activation time5 Recharge time - (Divine Favor) - Elite Spell. "Transfer all hexes from target ally to yourself. Heals ally for 5...29...35 Health for each hex acquired and you gain 0...2...3 Energy. Cannot self-target.

5 Energy1 Activation time8 Recharge time - (Smiting Prayers) - Spell. "Target foe is struck for 15...51...60 holy damage. If target is attacking, you gain 5 Energy plus 1 Energy for every 2 ranks of Divine Favor."
