-Minor Issues, I would rather use extinguish than this on a secondary
-An elite version of Divine Boon would be nice (synergy with Contemplation of Purity)
Suggestion

5 Energy1 Activation time12 Recharge time - (Smiting Prayers) - Elite Enchantment Spell. (1...5...6 seconds.) Conditions applied to earshotparty members are instead transferred to you. When this enchantment ends, you deal 0...12...15 holy damage to yourself and to all adjacent foes (maximum 100) for each Condition acquired in this way.

5 Energy¼ Activation time10 Recharge time - (Divine Favor) - Elite Enchantment Spell. Transfer all conditions from all allies to you. Upkeep effect: Whenever you cast a Monk spell on an ally, that ally is healed for 15...51...60 Health and you transfer 1 condition to yourself. Removal effect: Transfer all conditions from all allies to you.

Seriously this is a good skill, however its largely un-used.

  • Transfer 0...2...2 conditions and their remaining durations from your allies to you. For 1...6...7 seconds you are immune to new conditions.
Move to protection prayer attribute. This spell now gives the added bonus of protection from conditions.--Justice 10:13, 12 January 2009 (UTC)

Issue
Doesn't help the character that chooses to receive the condition, like it's non-elite cousin Draw Conditions. While this gains the advantage of helping all allies - some sort of self-helping ability would make this a better choice to take with you without breaking the recharge or cast.
Suggestion

5 Energy1 Activation time10 Recharge time

Elite Spell. Transfer all conditions from all allies to you. You gain 25 health for each new condition acquired.

It's just not useful.
Suggestion
Move to protection prayers:

5 Energy1 Activation time15 Recharge time

For 3...11...13 seconds, each time a condition would be inflict on party member, that condition is transferred to you. For 3...11...13 seconds, you gain +1...3...3 health regeneration for each condition you are suffering from.
