  • Issue

This skill could serve Ritualists better as AoE and Binding Ritual. [Yes it’s a Spell; and a horrible one at that!] Its viably impossible for any veteran rit-player to bring more then 6 Binding Rituals to bear; a typical Spirit Heavy builds uses an average of 3-4 rituals (9 Spawning Power).

Change PvE functionality to:

Condition-based

15 Energy1 Activation time20 Recharge time - (Communing) - Binding Ritual. "Create a level 1...8...10 Spirit. Non-primary attributes of enchanted foes in range of Doom are reduced by 0...2...2. Whenever an enchantment ends, all enchanted foes are crippled for 1...5...6 seconds. Lamentation dies after 6 seconds." For every 3 ranks in Spawning Power, Doom lasts 1 second longer.

15 Energy1 Activation time20 Recharge time - (Communing) - Binding Ritual. Create a level 1...8...10 Spirit. It's attacks deals 10...34...40 damage on conditioned foes and cause Weakness for 1...5...6 seconds. When Doom dies, all earshot foes are Weakness for 1...5...6 seconds and dealt 10...34...40 damage if suffering from a condition. Doom dies after 15 seconds. For every 3 ranks in Spawning Power, Doom lasts 2 seconds longer.

Keep Spirit Synergy

15 Energy1 Activation time20 Recharge time - (Communing) - Binding Ritual. Create a level 1...8...10 Spirit. It's attacks deals 10 (maximum 10...34...40 damage) for each condition on a foe and cause Weakness for 1...5...6 seconds. When Doom dies, all earshot foes are Weakness for 1...5...6 seconds and dealt 10...34...40 damage if suffering from a condition. Doom dies after 15 seconds. For every 3 ranks in Spawning Power, Doom lasts 2 seconds longer.

  • Appendum

Doom could do better as Pain-like attack spirit who's -duration- and -damage- both scale to Spawning Power and dependant on conditions inflicted on foes.

Use these spirits (Pain, Anquish, Doom) as three extremes of attack spirits.
  • Pain being the cheap/spammable/undying spirit that lives up to its -Namesake-.
  • Anguish being somewhat of the opposite, an expensive/tough spirit when used correctly dishes precisly timed Double damge to to hexed foes and adjacent foes... with the emphasis of Misery -Loves- Company
  • Doom occupying third corner of this love trangle which literally spells DOOM for any unlucky conditioned foes.

15 Energy1 Activation time20 Recharge time - (Channeling Magic) - Elite Binding Ritual. "Create a level 1...8...10 Spirit. Enchantment duration reduced by 20...44...50% on foes in earshot of Doom. Whenever an enchantment is removed from foes, Doom deals 5...53...65 damage to all enchanted foes. Lamentation dies after 10 seconds." For every 3 ranks in Spawning Power, Doom lasts 1 second longer.

Issue
Requires too many spirits to be cast and too much energy, while often falling short of the 135 ceiling even if all conditions are fulfilled.
Suggestion
Change to Dark Damage, which is unaffected by armor. The damage still maxes out at 135, and the cost and condition (having 4 recharging Binding Rituals) keep it from becoming a spike threat.

Move to communing/channeling.

5 Energy1 Activation time10 Recharge time - (Channeling Magic) - Spell Deals 10...54...65 lightning damage to target foe. For each spirit within your earshot that foe also loses 1 enchantment.

This could help in pre-spiking the target. Like foe feels his doom, feels that he will be spiked soon ^ ^.
