I like the idea, but even +8 health regen would eventually get swamped by the natural degen of the minions, meaning this skill would more stave off their death rather than actually healing them, if you see what I mean.

Maybe you could put something like "experience +1...3...4 Health Regeneration instead of their normal degeneration." so that no matter how long you've had them, the minions still gain health (it could be better worded, though, I guess).

He might not buff it directly, but what we're suggesting are changes to the mechanics which would actually make it useful while not necessarily making it "too easy to keep a minion army going" (and btw surely Blood of the Master makes it even easier?).
