This Chest appears after completion of each of some of the five reapers quests in the Underworld:

• Imprisoned Spirits
• The Four Horsemen
• Wrathful Spirits
• Servants of Grenth
• Terrorweb Queen
• Demon Assassin

Notes

• The chest always drops a purple item, which is assigned to a random party member within compass range of the chest.
  • This includes heroes; remember to flag them out of range before opening the chest.
• Upon completion of any of those quests, a charmable fully evolved Black Widow will appear with the chest.
