Xinrae's Revenge - Whenever you successfully activate a skill, it is disabled (3 seconds) for all party and opposing party members in the area who have it on their skill bars.
25 ¼ 30 (4...9...10 seconds). Whenever a foe casts a spell on target ally, that spell is disabled for +5...13...15 for that foe and all party members of that foe.
10 ¼ 30 (1...3...3 seconds). Target party member cannot be targeted by hostile spells. Attacks against this party member fail. Cannot self-target.
10 ¼ 8 (3 seconds) Target ally can not take more than 5% damage. Hostile skills used against that ally take an additional 0...6...8 seconds to recharge.
5 1 5 (5...13...15 seconds.) Increase recharge of enemy spells cast on you by +5...17...20 seconds.
5 1 20 (15...51...60 seconds.) You cannot lose more than 20...12...10% of your max Health from a single hit. Drop effect: steal 5...41...50 Health from nearby foes. ~
