Feedback:User/SAL/"None Shall Pass!" PvE change

Here's my thoughts on changing the PvE version of "None Shall Pass!", which I feel could potentially be a lot more useful in PvE. I'm suggesting a change to make this function somewhat in the same vein as Enemies Must Die!, but instead of holding the enemies' target on you for a certain amount of time, it would instead simply switch the enemies' target to you during the moment the skill is activated, and not interfere in the enemies' ability to potentially switch their target back to someone else at any time afterward. I feel this would make it a very useful tool for aggro control, but without being overpowered to the point of locking out any possibility of enemies ever being able to target anyone else (which would be reminiscent of the old nerfed "gear trick" from the early days of Sorrow's Furnace farming).
