Poison Arrow is a skill that is overlooked and can easily be replaced by Apply Poison or Poison Tip Signet mainly because Poison Arrow is in Wilderness Survival and it's effects are not "elite" worthy.
1. Change Poison Arrow's attribute to Marksmanship instead of Wilderness Survival.
2. Increase recharge to 5 seconds, decrease poison duration.
3. Add damage and AoE effect.
Elite Bow Attack. If Poison Arrow hits, your target takes +5...21...25 damage and is Poisoned for 0...12...15 seconds. Foes adjacent to target are Poisoned for 10 seconds.
