Hello Joe, First i'd like to thank all of arenanet for this wonderful game you've done ! As you might have seen i'm currently working on a special mod/project with all the cartography of the game, and will try to gather all knowledge about portal jump or death teleportation, if this can be a proof that I love this game even in its flaws. I wanted to ask of you and of the team several requests, if you're interested and if these are not too difficult to implement of course, and why I'd like to see it :
Higher reward/higher level of foes during vanguard quests for lvl20 in pre-searing: Like 2000xp reward instead of 1000xp would already be awesome progress for the survivor title (2years instead of 4 !) People are making nightmare at night about losing their toon, several players I know have failed at 500kxp (Izanami Timy), 700kxp (Pre Sentiment) for those I know... It's understood that pre-searing is not meant for people to stay in it forever, however as long as there is a challenge people will go for it. And it might also be the last challenging title in PvE.--Ruine Eternelle (talk) 10:37, 18 May 2015 (UTC)
- Good day, Éternelle. Pondering on the last indent of your suggestion about the extended progression of Pre-Searing Survivor characters, my opinion is that granting all players with level 20 characters the possibility to receive enriched experience rewards equivalent to 5.000 points from the daily Vanguard quests is definitely among those leveling-up enhancements capable to lend a greatly-demanded & longly-awaited helping hand to every player who have decided to embark on such a long-term challenge. 1.337.500 experience points divided by 5.000 units daily equals 267 days, which already seems as quite a fair investment of time in order to get honored by wearing the topmost ribbon of that title.Dmitri Fatkin (talk) 15:08, 18 May 2015 (UTC)
- Thank you for giving my ideas more weight :) --Ruine Eternelle (talk) 13:36, 24 May 2015 (UTC)
- Thank you for your suggestions - I'm always interested to hear about Pre-Sear activity, since it's such an interesting area of the game. As you're aware though, the game is not in active development, so our focus is on maintenance features or critical bug fixes. Unfortunately that does mean that revisiting rewards or adding new content is going to be very rare. - Joe Kimmes 18:43, 27 May 2015 (UTC)
