The Forgotten Shield is a unique shield obtained from the Keeper of the Spear or the Keeper of Steel, in the Throne of Secrets, in exchange for a Book of Secrets. Each attribute variant (Strength, Tactics, Command or Motivation) offers different protection to elemental damage.

Bug.The +10 armor vs. Elemental damage is considered a skill armor bonus by game mechanics. It will not stack past +25 armor in combination with armor boosting skills (e.g. the Strength variant's +10 armor vs. Earth damage in combination with Ward Against Elements will only grant +25 armor vs Earth damage, not +34). This bug does not affect the base armor rating of the shields.
