FIRE is an International Membership Guild, however only English is allowed in Guild Chat, as in our Alliance Chat - Since we all need to understand each other. We farm Morostav Trail (SC -- 17~22 min), Ferndale (22~28 min) and sync JQ/FA. The main goal of the Guild is to have fun and be with friends, whilst maintaining the respect that the Guild has earned within the game. There are no boundaries set as to who may, or may not, become a member of our team. Old or young, pro player or new player, all are truly welcome. You may donate any amount of faction. There is no room for 'elitism' in the Guild. Every one of us started at the beginning and expanded our knowledge and experience, and we will share and pass that on to all. If you are looking for an exceptionally friendly and experienced guild - then you have found one. You are welcome to join our family.
History
The Guild itself (FIRE) was a sister guild of one which ran well over 7 years ago. However, problems overcame this sister guild and it began to die. The Leader of FIRE (who was just a member in the original guild)was asked to help with the restructuring of the old Guild, and the old sister Guild went on to achieve success and the present Leader of FIRE - Tony - was given an empty Guild as a way of saying 'thank you'. This empty Guild went on to become the present day FIRE, and was born on the 8th March 2009. Tony, the Guild Leader,took over the empty Guild and it went on to become one of the top Faction Farming Guilds in the game, and certainly one of the most respected.
FIRE exists for the membership - not the Guild Leader. Without the membership, there would be no FIRE and this is recognized in the Guild Leaders approach and balanced attitude. FIRE is a known and respected Guild, however it will not sacrifice tradition. The old virtues and ideas still hold true today - It's a Guild for the membership.
Like any Guild, FIRE passed through good times and bad times. However, we are still here and competing within a very narrow field. Such has been the recognition of FIRE that the Guild is still being approached by Alliance Leaders in an attempt to draw the Guild into their fold. FIRE became an Alliance Leader in its own right, and was respected to the extent that even Guilds which left or were removed asked to return to the Alliance. But FIRE evolved, and was invited to join the top Kurzick Alliance within the game - and here FIRE remained despite being approached by other top Alliance Leaders. HzH was owned by this Kurzick Alliance until GW2 hit the streets and at this time FIRE members left to take up the new game. FIRE is now a shadow of it's past self, and stands as an empty Guild with only the original Guild Leader - Lucifers Judge - still present.
Who knows... perhaps the Guild shall rise again!
