 About Us
HOT is a small guild of active players. HOT was formed in mid-2006 as a breakaway from Clan DA. Our members are mainly experienced players, aged 18 or over, and based on European servers.
The Heroic Order of Tyria is historically a PvE orientated guild, with our PvP experience limited to Alliance Battles. Current activity is focused on obtaining titles (e.g. Protector, Guardian, Vanquisher, and reputation titles). As PvE content and challenges dry up, however, we are looking to balance our activity towards equal PvE and PvP.
We are part of the the excellent [HEH] alliance, which has several similar, active and experienced guilds. This increases the number of potential colleagues for us and we work together regularly.
Recruitment
HOT is currently looking for other, like-minded, experienced players to join our small and helpful guild. Maybe your once beloved guild is now inactive and you're looking for someone else to help you with difficult PvE challenges? Or, you'd like to join our move into PvP and either learning yourself, or keen to impart some of your experience? Or perhaps you just can't find an active guild that's free of trade spam?
Our aim is not to take over our members' time, but to be helpful when needed. No faction donations are required, and you won't be hassled in-game to speak to people any more than you want to. We don't penalize for short-medium term inactivity, and really don't expect you to do *anything* except be polite and respectful in game, and on our forums.
