Protectors of the Forgotten was created back late 2006; early-ish 2007 during which Guild Wars 1 was at its prime. Its made up into two guilds as The Lost Cause Elite [LOST] and the PotF Guild. Its a medium size guild. ALWAYS recruiting new active members: doesn't matter if the new recruits are players that been playing Guild Wars for years or newbies that just started or members that came back after being AFK and getting ready for GW2. We are willing to help others in quests, missions and such. Many of us while selling to each other give out discounts among each other (and Alliance). Many of us are close, very talkative and call each other by real names not just username of our main characters in game.

The Guild is both PvE and PvP, we try to make weekly events (if enough players are online) such as: The Deep, Urgoz's Warren, Underworld, Fissure of Woe, GvG and other elite missions and Holiday Events.

The Guild Hall is fully completed. Many of us are focused on completing our HoM for Guild Wars 2. This guild is as well created in Guild Wars 2. Please connect the Guild Leader to be add there as well.

If you are from a different country don't think you cant join the fun as many of our members (in both Guild and Alliance) are from or live in other Counties. We do not ask what Nationality you are unless you want to share. ANYONE can join.

Recruitment

There are no restrictions on membership. There is NO fee on joining (unless you wish too but is not needed). Including Alliance recruitment; being its it 1k to add each guild its a also a requirement of not guild jumping much like guild members.

And PLEASE no guild jumping. If you wish to leave please leave in a 2 weeks OR let your Guild Leader know the reason. If its something about the guild itself or a specific person that violate the rules we wish to improve the guild and correct any problems that surfaced.

This guild prefers members that are 16+ years old or older. Reason for this is because many here are adults sometimes use offensive language in chat (mostly curse words) and of course many of us do not wish to "babysit" other members that are too young. If you are under the age of 16 and STILL wish to join please have permission from your parent or Guardian beforehand (as Guild Wars is rated T & yes some parents still don't wish their kids to play) and no we do not require an email; letter or anything like that from them. We ask this as we do not wish to get between a parent and child as there has been cases where a member disobeyed a parent of going to bed as it was "school night" and was in the middle of a mission & they just left without saying a word and told us later what happened. We do NOT wish this to happen again.

If you do have permission to play Guild Wars AND can follow the Guild's rules (and your parent or guardian) then please connect Aknaksha Draca (The Queen as nicknamed) and she will talk to you. If She approves of you she will let you join. If not, then please don't take it the wrong way and come back later. She will happy to talk to you or pm anytime if you need someone to talk to. You can prove then that you are liable gamer you can join then.

Guild Wars 2

The guild as well is created in GW2 with the same name and the same Guild Leader. Please email: firechildslytherin5@yahoo.com or gw2 mail to the guild leader to be added. The Guild has the same rules and such like GW1.

We as well are doing HoM to prepare for GW2.

Alliance Info

There is no Luxon Faction requirements however we do ask for you to donate some cause it helps with recruiting.

The alliance must follow the same rules as this guild. There is no requirements of how big your guild is however we do ask for yours to be somewhat active with 16+yo members. Discounts of trades is also requirements from and to the Ally Guilds to other members.

At the moment we are allies with a FULL Alliance.

Guild Rules

(1) Respect your fellow guild and alliance members. If there is ANYONE violating this rule, please let ANY of the Guild Leaders know and we will resolve this problem. As mentioned above, offensive or deconstructive remarks will not be tolerated.

(2) We are a TEAM of FRIENDS. Backing up your guild-mates is expected because they will do the same for you. [PotF] members understand that sometimes personal character sacrifice is needed for the team to complete a mission. We don't view it as personal sacrifice, however, because we are helping out a friend and that is more important than loot. Events in game come and go. The Guild and the friendships within it, remains.

(3) We recruit the PERSON not the TOON. We look for good PEOPLE not only a toon that meets a specific set of requirements.
