The League Of Friends [LOF]

Guild History

In the fall of '06, it ocurred to The Third Healer, an officer in the now disbanded guild PC Format Forum [PCFF], that size was not everything. When he looked at the 5 score strong roster there were people that never spoke, never greeted their fellow heroes. This was not how he had imagined the Guild Wars experience would be.

And yet there were of course a few true heroes, and he wondered if he could harness the relationships he had forged and craft from them a new guild ethos.

And so he left PCFF and on the 17th of September of that same year, The League Of Friends was born. Over time, a number of like-minded heroes joined him in his endeavour, and he received further support from a newly formed alliance with his former guild.

Since that time LOF has gone from strength to strength, always maintaining a small but intimate group of heroes that share the same vision.

About LOF

LOF strives to be a place where people can feel at home. Our members are mature, with an average age over 25, and we enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. The guild motto is simply "Have fun".

LOF and Guild Wars 2

LOF as a guild still exists in Guild Wars. Although now, most of it's members are mainly playing Guild Wars 2. We do still log in to Guild Wars from time to time.

If you want to join us in our new Guild Wars 2 home, we can be found on the EU server Gunnar's Hold. Drop either Rashmika Els or Winola Ywwerdon an in-game mail for a guild invite, and we hope to see you in Guild Wars 2.
