Half ranged

Half ranged is a skill property that sets the range of certain non-attack skills to halve their default distance (60% of the Danger Zone radius instead of 120%). It reduces the distance for bow attack skills to half the normal range for the wielded bow type.

- The actual range of half-range spells is closer to 62%. See the talk page and Range article for more details.
Deadly Haste causes half-range spells to cast and recharge faster, and is the only skill to interact with half-range skills.
