Runes of Leadership are runes that provide an attribute bonus to Leadership. These runes are only usable by primary paragons.
- A Paragon Rune of Minor Leadership provides a bonus of +1 Leadership.
- A Paragon Rune of Major Leadership provides a bonus of +2 Leadership and a penalty of -35 health.
- A Paragon Rune of Superior Leadership provides a bonus of +3 Leadership and a penalty of -75 health.
The Leadership bonus is non-stacking, but the health penalty stacks.
