Stygian Chest

A Stygian Chest will spawn in the Domain of Anguish , nearby the Dreadspawn Maw, after her death. Each player in the party can open the chest once and will receive Stygian Gemstones.
Drops[edit]
- 1 to 4 Stygian Gemstones (depending on how many Lords of Anguish were defeated before Dreadspawn Maw; twice as many in Hard mode).
Notes[edit]
- A Spirit of Truth will spawn near the Chest.
