Thats including recharge, and we're looking at DPS while active, because everybody knows theres no damage while not active. Add a note to the bottom about DPM if you want, but the DPS isn't 8, it's closer to 30. Calor - talk 20:07, 3 November 2007 (UTC)

dps date for spells is incredibly useless, since a spell that said - deals 1000 damage 500 recharge, would do 2 dps and EVERYONE would use it, while a spell that said 50 damage no recharge 1 second cast(flare), would have 50 dps and practically no one would use it 76.26.189.65 11:30, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
