Just based on the drops, I don't think so. They drop scales, hides, jaws, chitin fragments, and monstrous eyes, so I'd say they're some kind of animal, most likely a reptile type creature. Freedom Bound 17:21, 30 June 2009 (UTC)

I would say reptile, but obviously the lore doesn't mention anything about their classification. Synapsetalk

Difference between "behemoth worms" and "behemoth lizards"

If there was an of Slaying upgrade for weapons, i couldn't imagine it affecting both the stationary and the saurian Behemoths, they seem so different. —ZerphaThe Improver 10:35, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
