Foremost, 24.113.62.55 is me (the major update a moment ago, rather), just so as not to cause confusion. This outpost update is my first submission, so if you see any problems, please let me know on my Talk page so I can know for the future--I intend to do a lot of submisssions for GW:EN information.

I also broke from the formatting guide in that I added a Getting there header. Personally, I find this kind of information highly useful (and I've seen it on other articles, for instance Imperial Sanctum (outpost), but I'm not sure if I should put that type of thing in Notes or whatnot. Further, the Challenge Mission information is put under Other services--was doing that correct, and was the indenting for identifying the actual challenge (Glint's Challenge, particularly) proper?

Apologies if I messed anything up, but I do learn quickly if so! =D Duminas 04:46, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

Is there an actual outpost on the map for this place? because when i got back to the eye of the north after beating the great destroyer i couldnt figure out how to get back to the place--Torp 18:25, 3 September 2007 (UTC)

Yes, it's located slightly south-west of Boreal Station on the world map. --dom · (talk) 17:59, 9 September 2007 (UTC)

Could do with that "getting there" but it seems someone has edited that out :( Any way to get here prior to the quest? --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:80.7.169.119 (talk).

No. -- Gordon Ecker 01:11, 4 August 2008 (UTC)

Missing Henchies?[edit]

Has anyone else noticed that in the international districts Eve and Devona are now missing? Frozzen 01:58, 9 November 2007 (UTC)

Adain is missing since the recent update.

Hay ?[edit]

But what might this hay be for? These dwarves are strange. Or maybe there's a secret passage to Yak's Bend?--Moriturus 15:15, 18 January 2008 (UTC)

Edge of the world[edit]

I found an enormous bug that lets you go out of the area and out of the worlds boundaries.

This lava pool is the entrance;

This is on the way to the edge of the world;

[2]

This is most easily reached during the end of Destructions Depths (just lure/kill the mobs until the Disc is left and then run past him down the stairs and down the tunnel) but can be reached by walking into the wall behind Alkar until you find the right point.84.92.16.13 14:30, 12 October 2008 (UTC)

Quests not needed to get there[edit]

I've just got here without finishing the main story arcs. I can upload a screenshot if there is any debate. Welshy User Welshy Image-WelshySinaturePicture.jpg 17:36, 30 November 2008 (UTC)

If you complete the rest of the storyline and then do Destruction's Depths again, does it show in your Hero's Handbook? Lord Mondegreen 05:59, 21 January 2011 (UTC)

is there any reason in particular[edit]

Why all the dwarves here are made of stone? I don't recall anything about that in the storyline :x ~ Chao 21:30, 27 April 2009 (UTC)

Did you skip the cutscene after completing Heart of the Shiverpeaks? >.> Vili 点 User talk:Vili 10:07, 1 May 2009 (UTC)

Nagi considers this outpost a part of the Far Shiverpeaks.[edit]

Well, why don't we consider it an underground outpost in the Far Shivers? (Just as the Command Post is in Kourna.)  — Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 05:14, 17 March 2011 (UTC)

Because it has a Depths of Tyria loading screen and Heart of the Norn does not give a health bonus. Nagi just lumps it with the Far Shiverpeaks because otherwise it would be the only outpost in a Depths of Tyria category. Blue Totoro (talk) 05:59, 13 January 2014 (UTC)
