Duplication[edit]

Um ... probably would be better to just define the term and refer to weapon for the actual tables rather than duplicating them here. --Star Weaver 00:50, 11 June 2008 (UTC)

New objective of the page[edit]

So what kind of info do you want to add to this page? Different weapon sets based on different type of builds or do you want to document all combination types? Da Mystic Reaper (talk) 23:13, 29 May 2015 (UTC)

Kicked things off with "general purpose scythes":
  1. Compliment (and diffuse) Caster weapon, which was starting to get melee-based loadouts, and that caused me to pause and rethink all these guide-oriented pages holistically.
  2. To supplement profession guides and other relevant guides -- perhaps even use a
    {{template}}
    format. While the combat "guide to <profession>" are obviously self-contained, the spellcasters are likely to have duplicated information outside of specialized builds.

One thing to ponder: Instead of discussing snathes for sctyhes and bowgrips for bows and so on all seperately (which will result in disccuing "strength of honor" for each weapon, thus leading to a really bloated page), one could discuss the prefixes, suffixes and inscription in the beginning in the general discussion section. Also: some of the info in the scythe section also applies to all other PROFESSIONS and/or weapons (hint to use a longbow to pull, weapon swapping). Steve1 (talk) 10:57, 30 May 2015 (UTC)

I suggest a definition instead of the whole page.--Ruine User Ruine Eternelle Ruine Eternelle.jpg Eternelle 14:00, 24 September 2015 (UTC)
This was born as a compromise from Guide to playing as a dervish; and needs help. --Falconeye (talk) 14:59, 24 September 2015 (UTC)
