Good armor set

Does anyone else notice that the earrings tend to "bounce"? Whenever my Mesmer does the idle "Look around" animation, her right earring tends to act as if it were attached to a rubber band during the animation. I am not wearing the armor's head piece, but the Asuran slim glasses. Perhaps this is the problem? Insaneasylum 04:07, 21 March 2009 (UTC)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't a reskin the same as a retexture? As far as I can see, many of those armors are in fact retextured older armors, the mesmer armor for instance... — Why 19:17, 18 March 2010 (UTC)

That sounds as if it is in fact Enchanter armour, which it isn't. It is a reskin. Don't see anything wrong with reverting it.--neshot 19:22, 18 March 2010 (UTC)

Others seem to think it is regular armor of that other. Not my opinion. I'd taken that part out, if it was me. I just think if you think it's a reskin, ask in talk of that page or formatting. As far as I see, they are different textures, models (forms), etc. Kaisha 19:24, 18 March 2010 (UTC)

Texture and skin is the same thing. The model (which describes the 3D render with no texture information) between the two is the same between the two mesmer armors. Retexture=reskin. Just different way of describing the same thing. --Lania Elderfire 19:27, 18 March 2010 (UTC)

How Kaisha put it made it sound like it was the same exact armor - which is incorrect. It's a reskin/retexture pure and simple. Same model, different skin. I say put the note back since it was correct, at least in how it was worded. And I do agree that the armor is a reskin (as are most EN armors). -- Konig/talk 19:39, 18 March 2010 (UTC)

Do you even know what reskin means? It means a model has been reused for a different thing, with different textures. Abyssals and Jungle Trolls (any troll for that matter) for example. Just like pretty much all the armour introduced in GW:EN, including this one. This is a reskin of Enchanter armour, this is fact, which means your opinion is irrelevant. - Mini Me talk 15:13, 19 March 2010
