I'm not sure that kneeling in front of the statue does anything[edit]

I've been through this cave several times looking for the Icey sword and each time I knelt in front of the stature, while having favor, and nothing happens. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:Worldly Tutor (talk). Sorry about the Sig--Worldly Tutor 03:50, 20 January 2008 (UTC)

If it doesn't, it's a recent bug. Haven't been there for several months, but in the past I've certainly bought off the party's DP using that shrine --SnogratUser Snograt signature.png 03:12, 20 January 2008 (UTC)
It didn't work for me at all that one day, it has since then worked for me.--Worldly Tutor 08:53, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

Mursaat[edit]

While doing a run to Mineral Springs for the 6th time (skill hunt) I noticed something strange. There are corpses of dead Mursaat/Jade Armor lying around. This has never happend before. During all 6 runs I had Defend DF active. (Qanar | talk) 16:26, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

Defend Droknar's Forge[edit]

While DDF Is active Ice Imps at the cave do not appear. I actually found this to be much easier vanquishing with the quest open. It removes all of the Tundra Giants, most of the Avicara (except those noted on the page) and it's really not a hassle if you're prepared. The sage for infusion also does not appear when DDF is present. -- Luigi User Luigi Sig.jpg (T/C) 21:53, 10 August 2008 (UTC)

Mineral Springs vs Wizard's Folly[edit]

The northeastern part of Mineral Springs is roughly the same place where Wizard's Folly was located in Pre-Searing .. or so the notes say. But overlaying zoomed world maps of both, Mineral Springs is over half a map distant from Wizard's Folly ... I'd be reluctant to suggest that it was even adjacent. Anyone object to this comment being removed?

But I think it would have been kool if Southern Shiverpeak explorers could have found a path back to Old Ascalon through this region - think of all the walking running the Ascalonians could have saved ... Kirbett 09:50, 11 September 2009 (UTC)

Vanqing[edit]

202 foes, 59min with h/h (no mm). Always loathed doing this vanq and it was surprisingly not that bad. Despite there being healing monks (ardents) I never found a group with more then one(except ofcoarse the boss monk/with ardent) and daze(technobable, wonders vs imps) made quick work of them. The few henchmen deaths i had were the typical 7-10 fierce spiking a caster down. Justice 04:58, 27 August 2010 (UTC)

I'd been putting off this area for ages and left it until one of my last ones to VQ, but ended up blitzing it. 202 foes, 34 mins. The only deaths were General Morgan and my pet. Captainofithilien 09:47, 26 March 2012 (UTC)
Revisted with my paragon and did 187 foes 39min. Did it with the normal mode titan quest to see if i could farm magma shields. 2 white magma shields ;-( Justice 22:53, 30 June 2012 (UTC)

Very cruisy vq, 192 foes at a leisurely pace. One of the simplest due to not having to search for enemies, just follow the path!! Puk 04:17, 30 July 2012 (UTC)

I wasted half an hour trying to find the last mob - it was the Ice Beast. ~ Mia ~ 17:20, 3 October 2015 (UTC)

Getting there[edit]

Just as a note to anyone pondering how much time it may take to get there (say to cap skills or vanq) I managed to reach Mineral Springs only having to defeat 26 foes in the zone before it, I managed to scoot around the pop-ups at the start of Tasca's Demise. Took me only a few minutes to reach the portal. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by Puk (talk) at 01:21, 30 July 2012 (UTC).

Titan Spawns[edit]

is there a reason these haven't been added?216.137.199.225 19:28, 17 January 2022 (UTC)

They can be found at the quest page Defend Droknar's Forge. Similar to the follow-up quests.
And q-related spawns don't get added to an area article. Steve1 (talk) 19:53, 17 January 2022 (UTC)
